Kid’s Camps

We have created a Friday Fitness Challenge for kids, ages 7-16. Younger than 7 may attend but must be accompanied by an adult through the circuit. Kids can sign up for a 1 hour class time and Tiffany will lead them through a fun warm up and then kids will go through 10 stations with their scorecards and track how many reps they can do at each station. Each week we will track progress and improvements in form, endurance and overall fitness confidence. Participants need to wear athletic clothing and shoes and bring a water bottle.
Group Swim Lessons are back and we have 2 Rounds this summer, one in June and another in July. Each class is 6 sessions, Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 2 weeks. Please sign up soon as spaces are limited.

We ask that campers bring a backpack with a lunch, sunscreen, swimwear, a towel, change of clothes, and a water bottle with water. Please apply sunscreen before drop off; counselors will assist with reapplication throughout the day. The day will be filled with activities and we want to make sure the kids have what they need. Snacks will be provided.
