
Stephanie has worked in the fitness industry since 2006. Her certifications include: AAFA Certified Personal Trainer, Balanced Body Mat & Reformer, TRX Suspension Training, and Special Populations (Parkinson’s, Arthritis, and Diabetes). Stephanie is also a professional tandem surfer and is currently ranked 8th in the world.

FRIDAY – Power Pilates 7 am (60 minutes)
FRIDAY – Low Impact Fit 8:15 am (45 minutes)
SUNDAY (check schedule for dates) – Pilates Stretch 8am (60 minutes)
