I have been a competitive athlete most of my life and I love a hard workout and a really good sweat. I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and have specialty certifications in TRX suspension training, BarreAbove, and Beachbody INSANITY. I’ve had my fair share of physical challenges and have had to work really hard to overcome those barriers – (side note: still working on it). I know how awful it can feel but I also know how amazing it felt when I started to hurdle over those barriers. Our bodies are so much stronger than our minds let us believe, and that’s why I do what I do – to help people push past their barriers & to create a space where people are free to challenge themselves and see their true strength. Health and fitness should be an integral part of our lives (right up there with brushing our teeth) and should never be viewed as a chore, boring or a burden; I always strive to bring innovation and motivation into my classes and I aim to create a space where everyone feels successful, strong & accomplished. I love group fitness because I notice people tend to work harder, be more focused and more determined than when they exercise alone – it’s true for me too – We are definitely stronger together!

THURSDAY – HIIT45 – 5:30 pm (50 minutes)
SATURDAY – Circuit Smash – up 8:30 am (60 minutes)
