Resolution Reset Challenge

Has your New Year’s Resolutions fallen to the wayside? Do you need to regroup, refocus and re-ignite your 2019 fitness goals?

Resolution Reset is a 6-week closed fitness group for people who are ready to get back on track and recommit to their health & wellness resolutions. Certified Fitness Instructor, Tiffany, has designed a program that offers a total body workout, appropriate for every fitness level that will help you get back on track, create goals and reset your Resolutions, for a strong and healthy 2019. 
Space is very limited so commit soon. 

Classes will be held every Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:30pm. We encourage you to make a commitment to yourself for the full 6 weeks to really experience the full benefit of the group. Weekly handouts will be provided as well as weekly challenges that will keep you accountable and motivated. The format will stay fairly consistent throughout the 6 weeks which will allow you to fine tune your form and focus on building strength, range of motion and confidence, for a happier workout experience and improved movement through life.
